There's a New Restaurant Dedicated to Bacon, Egg and Cheese You Need to Try

If there's one thing I've learned about what the people want, it's a good photo of bacon, egg and cheese with some dramatic #yolkporn. Seriously, a good B.E.C. never lets anyone down. Whether it's just a boring version on an English muffin or a B.E.C extreme on steroids loaded with avocado, hash browns, a burger, tomato, (insert random ingredient of your choice here) on an everything bagel, the B.E.C. is basically one of the best foods out there unless you're a vegetarian/vegan/speciality dieter.  

I am a huge B.E.C lover and a big supporter of chefs who put a twist on classic foods, so when I found out there is a new restaurant in Chelsea dedicated to different renditions of the beautiful sandwich of bacon, egg and cheese that we all know and love, I went to go try some sandwiches. 5 of them to be exact. Here's a look at bec, your new Saturday/Sunday/any morning hangover cure breakfast destination.

BEC Classic

Eggs, smoked bacon, sharp cheddar on a signature brioche bun
