1 teaspoon coarse salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 chicken breast
2 brioche buns
4 o.z. cream cheese
hot sauce of your choice (to be mixed in with cream cheese and as sauce)

In a bowl, combine the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried garlic flakes, dried onion flakes, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients together.
Cut the chicken breast in half and coat each half with olive oil.
Dip the chicken breast into the dry mixture until it is fully coated in seasoning.
Bake the chicken breasts for 20-25 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with 2 teaspoons of your chosen hot sauce. Adjust the spiciness as you wish.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the brioche bun and add the chicken on top. Drizzle some more hot sauce and eat to your heart’s desire. (You may want to have a glass of milk or 5 glasses of ice water handy).
